Taking up an opportunity

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.

To take up an opportunity 

  1. You use the form online, which is your undertaking. (click here for the page with link) 
  2. We check that the consortium opportunity is available and email you to confirm that it is, 
  3. You then send in your payment to cover the amount defined to an approved  stake holder
  4. The stake holder confirms receipt of funds and information on a consultant who will visit or meet you
  5. The consultant meets or visits you, checks your identity, finds out a little about you and leaves you a copy of the large syndicate manual for you to study. You also get the chance to join Business Club International with no joining fee and 6 months free subscription.
  6. The stake holder releases the registration cost of £2k to Property Club International, and some other costs.
  7. Property Club International acknowledges your membership and provides a syndicate partnership certificate.

 

Members of any club in New Atlantis Family

  • You can use barter units to participate in joint venture consortiums if you have enough available

  • You can get introductory rewards of a part of  £1000, for introducing others.

When all the senior partner roles are filled, or a minimum number as defined.

  1. A meeting is called of all senior partners by a provided chairman, 
  2. Stakeholder releases funds in line with approved definition, funds for consortium if any is transferred after 1st meeting
  3. 1st meeting chaired by a provided chairman, each partner gets a briefing pack, decides on structure and initial key roles, excluding chairman and tasks for each partner, plus schedules handover of assets etc,
  4. Sub groups or individuals meet up with or communicate with temporary chairman provided as arranged at first meeting  to make things happen.
  5. A second meeting is called by the provided chairman
  6. At second meeting achievements are reviewed and appointed chairman proposes a partner to be chairman. New chairman takes over and appointed chairman stays on for rest of meeting as advisor.
  7. Its your syndicate, handover is complete, you can call upon service providers or consultants if you wish.

Timing

  • As soon as you have decided an opportunity is for you complete the form, because all the places may be filled if you leave it to later.
  • You get a large syndicate manual so have an opportunity to look up some items ahead of the first meeting.
  • You get a briefing pack at the first meeting specifically on your syndicate.
  • The syndicate is hand held by an appointed chairman for the first two meetings.

The consultant who visits you

  • He will check your identity, the acknowledgments letter from the stake holder lists loads of documentation you can choose, but a simple driving license with picture and address is the most common used - this is so we know for sure who we are introducing and to avoid money laundering or similar.
  • If the amount being put in is over £50,000, and very few syndicates will be, he will ask where the cash came from just to check its not money laundering, crime or drug proceeds, and that it is your money.
  • He will ask a few questions about your experience, interests, aspirations etc, this is used to get an idea as to who is best to be given provisionally each role, and the help the provisional chairman provided in the handover etc. This is, more a social meeting than an interview, and you don't need to answer anything that you do not want to.
  • You also get the chance to join Business Club International with no joining fee and 6 months free subscription. This gives you the access to all BCI information and services. You can cancel at any time and there is no minimum membership term.
  • Where possible it will be the consultant who visits you, who  will also chair the first two meetings, but this is not always feasible.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.
