BP3 UK Self Build Homes Club Syndicate

This is a syndicate that will be involved in stimulating and supporting people involved in self build and providing a number of services to them. Its activities are restricted to the UK excluding Ireland. Self building a home involves commissioning and organizing, not doing any building work and allows around a third off the cost, to be saved.

BP4 Self Build Holiday Homes Syndicate

This syndicate will work in a similar way to the Self Build Homes Club syndicate but will not be involved in self build properties within the UK, or properties elsewhere for permanent homes. Instead it is looking at property suitable for holiday homes and shows people a way of acquiring these at a considerable discount.

BP5 Holiday Property Club Syndicate

This club is all about providing people with quality holiday accommodation, economically, the method of operation is such that those running the club, over a period, end up owning the properties, or a very sizable and increasingly valuable share of them.

BP6 Property Pension Club syndicate

This syndicate will develop further the Property Pension Club, and services offered, and provide this service in the UK. This is attractive to people interested in using property for creating a pension or property investment, buy to let and similar areas.

BP90 Buy to let syndicate - Type A

Buy to let is well established in the UK and very many thousands of people are involved and doing well, however it can be difficult for a person without the knowledge to enter and is more risky outside a group. In most cases you own your own properties, while getting the safety of shared arrangements and risk cover of the group.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives.
