A number of the consortiums in this section are designed to be complimentary and to work closely together, each therefore helping the other to gain sales and sharing some activities.  Some rights have already been obtained, and this in most cases is enough to get the first products produced so that everyone can see fully what is involved.

BA2 Art gallery consortium

Today many galleries sell more paintings and limited edition prints over the internet than through the retail outlet. This project combines the role of the gallery with that of website sales for approved artists to produce considerable revenue potential.

While many people buy art, businesses, organizations and some residential  customers rent art now and developed this is a potentially very large market.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.

This website is run on behalf of Property Club International by Self Build llc, we are a  company who are a lead service provider, and package and market joint venture consortium opportunities as well as marketing some others developed by other people.
