Introduction

Many of the areas you will see being offered as a single country consortium opportunity will eventually be developed internationally using the same or a similar formula. In each case this will be achieved by creating a special consortium to take on this particular range of similar opportunities. The consortium will look at differences in each country or region and develop a modified package to suit the area. In addition to this they will co-ordinate the co-operation between similar operations in different countries or regions.

The original consortium will in most cases become involved in the package, providing training and other help and may also wish to take up one of the partnerships in the internationalization consortium. As opportunities become available and are approved they will appear on this page.

Cooperative opportunities, will also appear on this page this is where a packager has got basic approval but is looking for someone to join them in developing the package, this could occur because they need some specific skills or experience or because they need local knowledge or just because the task is too large for them.  Cooperative opportunities like other packaged opportunities have to be approved by Property Club International, so this cannot be used as a back door route to set up consortiums without getting them approved.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.
