How safe are these

No business activity is ever completely safe, take part in a government privatisation and they may renationalize it or plot its downfall, become involved in a proven industry and new technology may come along such as in the case of film processors and wind up watch manufacturers. Currencies and precious metals may change in value, wars may occur, insurance companies just not pay out and any number of other unknowns come up. However at least when you are in charge of something, you can react to the situation, while if you are a participant in a pension fund, unit trust or whatever, they just cannot suddenly get out of something overnight or take speedy action to safeguard their position to the same degree.

Just about everything  has no fixed value, an item is only worth what another is prepared to pay on a particular day, so for example with antiques if a number of buyers are present and interested the price obtained at sale may be several times that on a quieter day, although intrinsically the item being sold is the same. Shares, currency and many other items are the same.  Real estate property although it may appear to be similar does not fluctuate so wildly, and has a perceived value, in the UK this is based to a large degree on the shortage of building land. So property may just take longer to sell in a quiet time, and what people often refer to as falling prices are not falling at all, but either just not continuing their historic fast rise for the short term or not matching the premium the seller has put on, hoping to make more than others for the same property, in the same conditions, so the pricing is unrealistic. In quiet or not so quiet times more property is sold at an offer price than the asking price, but only in quiet times do people focus on this.

With property if you don't need to sell it, then there is no risk, you can let it out and wait for the price to continue upwards.

Internet developments are a little deferent, a few years back we had a sudden rush, lots of silly money was put in, and those involved obtained expensive luxury city centre offices, fleets of top model cars, gave themselves PA's and high salaries and perks etc, and failed to deliver the systems and sales predicted, leading to a crash of some of these enterprises, when they ran out of funds. Others have become household names and taken over older industries to widen their base or utilize their assets. If you were to invest in  a new internet company run by a group of teenagers and gave them a large pot of money and expected results to occur, then the risk may still be high, however if you are a part of a consortium developing a real product or service and all the stupid expenditure is avoided, none of which is needed, and you look at profit over several years as opposed to months, it is still the largest area for rapid growth available, and over the next few years many of the more prudent developers who did not become involved in the rush for investment at an earlier point, will be paying off. We predict the already large number of millionaires created from the internet will continue to grow rapidly. Perhaps  too many have just thought of it as an easy ride, and whatever they do they were guaranteed success, while in no other business area would  they take this attitude.  Like any computer development, as governments and others have discovered, developments usually take longer than expected and costs can increase, however if the same criteria is used in computer and internet related businesses as in other business areas, and prudent budgeting is involved then we feel it is one of the safest business areas now and for the immediate future.

Every consortium is looked at twice and from a number of viewpoints to gain approval, see the website about becoming a packager, to see just how much is involved. Property Club International is the organization looking first and foremost after the interests of those with property rights, and is biased towards making sure that syndicates are produced in valid industries to a standard that will not fluctuate wildly.

Independent advice

In our view there is no such thing as independent advice, most people have something to sell, be it a financial product, a pet project or a service.

There is also considerable difficulty in getting meaningful independent advice on a specialist area such as JVC's which is unlikely to be understood by those interested in promoting other products for a commission.

We do not consider JVC's to be an investment, but an activity that all who take part are active participants. If you as a group do not do anything, then no income will ever be produced.

Having said this, you may feel that you should consult someone or other to get advice be it financial, legal or other.

So will all syndicates ultimately be successful?  the vast majority should be and we think this as a business model is as safe as you can get, however it is still yours, and you can all agree to change direction and do silly things if you wish, you have the right to make mistakes if you wish, and either fritter away the opportunity presented to you or through inactivity not make as fast  progress as we had all hoped that you would.

We expect some who participate to become millionaires, and others to become extremely wealthy, at least on paper, like many who own their own enterprises, a lot of their net worth is tied up in their business interests. However we also have developed the model with an exchange that will run from this website, allowing people to sell out their partnership if they want to and turn the paper wealth into bankable wealth, something that has always proved very difficult to do without taking a company public at great cost, or utilizing the services of a specialist who may have other means, but again prove an expensive option.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.

This website is run on behalf of Property Club International by Self Build llc, we are a  company who are a lead service provider, and package and market joint venture consortium opportunities as well as marketing some others developed by other people. When people take up an opportunity the amount they pay is handed in the first case to an approved stakeholder, agreed with New Atlantis International Services Corporation.  Please make sure you read the information under finding out more.
