These opportunities are linked to the development of a new hotel franchise, based around JVC concepts, and all relate to different parts of this group. We have three central JVC's and a large number of individual ones owning individual hotels, set up in several different ways, to allow maximum choice.

This chain fits within the reasonably priced luxury class, aimed at company directors, their family and friends, with restaurants, and facilities in most. Many with conference and meeting facilities, but also some smaller, and themed. Most if not all will have a presidential suite, and some other superior grade rooms. Most will also offer meeting rooms and temporary office facilities for travelling business executives. BH1 Central franchise - master franchise

A small JVC, holding the master franchise, undertaking the marketing  of JVC places alongside PCI  and selection of locations, approval of designs and branding control. Quality control and inspections are also a task undertaken by this JVC.

BH2 Central franchise/ booking and marketing

This JVC undertakes the marketing on behalf of the group, handles booking, promotion, conference and meeting rooms and more. Special arrangements will exist with Business Club International and some other New Atlantis family clubs and organisations, to both offer facilities and market these. Barter5050 will also be a major feature. Many of the BCI regional meetings will be held in this chain when a suitable locations is available.

 

BH3 Central training and contract relief manager service

 

This JVC, is all about staffing, both training new staff, additional training for existing staff and providing relief staff when necessary.

Individual Hotel syndicate (S)

To form a group of size, there is scope for a great many hotels. These can be established by a variety of JVC styles, and types. The quality of all has to be very good.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.
