The rewards can be large, and £1,000 is allocated in promoting each partnership either for advertising or presentations, or for introductory commissions and around half of this can go directly to you when you introduce a person to take up a consortium opportunity. If you are a member of Property Club International, full or associate you get £500 for each person you introduce. If you are member of Business Club International, and are working under an agreed plan to market opportunities and memberships, you get at least £500 If you are a service provider, or a New Atlantis Trust, you get £500 If you are none of these and feel that you can introduce people then, a split introduction is available, where you work with one of the consultant or service providers and share the introductory commission they have half and you half. However it makes far more sense to look at joining Business Club International so you can get the full introductory rewards from the beginning as opposed to giving half away. Making serious income from spreading the wordThere are several ways this is structured but most people will fit into a model that involves Regional managers, Area managers and local consultants. This marketing team is managed by Business Club International (BCI). In these cases both the area and regional mangers get an override as well as the consultant getting a slightly larger reward than that detailed above. This is set up through BCI, and also introduces members to BCI, Unicorn Hotels, Barter5050 and later will include a wider range of marketing opportunities. Commissions are paid out through BCI member accounts. The OTE earnings of those involved in the BCI marketing team, are set far, far greater than the same people would get if employed, or running their own business to attract the best people. It is also a way for people to create wealth to invest in JVC's, property or in businesses. As you may have seen we have a few people now who are running free presentations on this whole concept across the UK and who will be responsible for introducing very large numbers of people. These people work collectively with regional managers or one of the service providers/consultants we use, H3 Search Ltd, and Business Club International (BCI). This is done so that they are not competing with each other, but can put on events throughout the country. Business apprenticesYet another alternative is to become a business apprentice under one of the mentoring programmes run by New Atlantis family organisations. This involves enormous commitment but allows you to receive support, skill transfer and empowerment from a mentor. Both Self Build LLC and H3-mentoring a division of H3-Search Ltd have mentoring schemes that qualify. The percentage that apprentices will receive is defined within their own personally negotiated contract. In many cases they will not be involved in lone marketing campaigns but included within larger service provider or trust led initiatives and receive a share of the overall commissions generated from these campaigns. In other cases they may be encouraged with support to take on regional managerial roles within the BCI marketing team or special roles within the promotion of Unicorn Hotels. BCI are also introducing mentoring schemes to encourage more people in business to help others to become involved and this may be more suitable for those looking to make a lower commitment, or having too many existing commitments to consider the full mentoring programmes. USA/Canada - new expansion into marketing across the USA and Canada BCI, JVC and more is being promoted through the mentoring programmes, leading to an enormous increase in opportunities for business apprentices in these countries to become profitably involved. Much of this is being done in a form of team mentoring being trialled by H3-mentoring. |

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same. This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment. People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.
