The information you are presented with here and on any linking site is not a prospectus. You will not find any guesses of revenue predictions or the growth of your partnership. We are not selling you shares in a company, a financial product of any type or offering you financial advice. A syndicate is a type of club, and it is this club that has options and more, see what you are joining for a full explanation.

Our role is that of a matchmaker, we are showing you an idea that has had some work done on it by a packager and then we have approved  it, often this package involved website development as this can involve some time if not started early, sometimes real estate will be involved or other rights, a favourable contract or stock. In some cases either an existing company or a company will be formed for the syndicate, but this is an option being given  to the syndicate, we are not selling you shares in this. 

The first meeting of the syndicate will decide the business style the syndicate will take and you between you will decide if it is a limited partnership, company, club  or some other format. To help you decide this and to acquire a range of other basic skills that you will need you will each have a consortium manual in advance and a chairman with business experience will chair your first two meetings to help you through the processes involved. 

You have access in the longer term to service providers and consultants and some of this may have been included in the package, often you will see an allowance for website further development or just the provision of it. 

Most syndicates are designed to be developed in stages, the packager does the basics, getting things started, and to a point where it is a sound project for a syndicate to take over. The senior partners review all that has been done, establish the organization, may make some changes, better define some aspects, maybe schedule developments in stages or make adjustments to the package and move things forward. Once this has been done they can increase the membership by recruiting partners. 

The amount of information available to potential partners would therefore be greater than to senior partners. 

In order to maintain the stability of the partnership, or syndicate club, all partners become a member of Property Club International, and the registration of your partnership is done at the same time, which is in essence joining a affiliated small club. To change the structure or offer being made you all have to agree and to retain the approval from Property Club International you need to get its approval as well. Between you, you can all decide that this is not of importance to you and as it is your consortium you can all agree to take it in any direction you want,  in this case you give up your affiliation, and the only effect of this is that the partnerships cannot be promoted as a part of this overall project and cannot be resold via the exchange. In many cases there will be an agreement relating to the recruitment of partners, and including all costs. Beyond this you can increase partnerships and register each upon appointment at a cost of £2,000. In addition 25% of the residue is converted to new barter points, which encourages co-operation and trading between consortiums and other members.

Packagers are not encouraged to produce marketing waffle, therefore it may appear that  the amount of information available to you now is not considerable, however in most cases to go beyond this is more of a case of providing lists of possibilities, presentations of dreams or visions and as they are not fixed conditions or decisions, these in our view are better left to be covered by the briefing pack that you will get at the first meeting of the consortium. 

 

 

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.
