Within the design of the new economic model it was decided to include a sensible range of quality adult sites, services etc. However as these opportunities may offend some people,  and may be inappropriate to show on a site open to people of all ages, the details of consortiums involved in developing adult websites and adult services are not covered here. 

Information on all opportunities worldwide are being handled only by Self Build LLC, from the  New York, USA office, and are displayed on a special member only website with restricted access. The special website containing these opportunities is located in the USA. Taking up these opportunities is the same as any other.

To get access to the information on adult projects as they are announced you have to register to get access to the restricted access website, and as we wanted to keep this registration to people over 18, and to those seriously interested in adult opportunities, we decided that you need to make a donation of $100, (about £55 ) and this has to be able to be paid by credit card, which should eliminate under 18's.

If you take up any opportunity, adult or from the list of JVC's on this website, the $100 already donated can be deducted from the entry fee if you wish.

A little more information

Adult services includes dating agencies, international marriage agencies, partying, escorts, dinning groups, adult dressing, gambling and sites or services involving these or sharing of adult information or images. Some other services classed as personal services, that could include various paramedical procedures and other information relating to similar topics will also eventually form a part of the adult area.

These consortium opportunities like all others have to be approved before being able to be offered and there are a range of extra requirements on these to qualify, for example premium diallers, and pop ups are not allowed, and the services have to be designed like all clubs and services to put the members interest first. Property Club International also requires a risk analysis to look at any harm that these JVC's could cause anyone and arrangements to reduce or eliminate these.

These consortiums,  are able to take part in the bartering system but are only visible to members of bartering clubs etc over 18 and who have selected to have this range of services available to them, and, even then it is not available from the main menu but via a special route. An additional facility, currently being developed under the name 'Gate18', is a special website that approves the quality of adult sites and provides a quality portal to sites that work to a set of standards, as well as only allowing through people who are over 18. This will be a major benefit to consortiums developing material for over 18's and other websites who have a need or wish to restrict who enters their site by age.

We have website hosting arranged in the USA, but available to any of our consortiums, who are happy to host adult material.  

We appreciate that on the internet many of the very high earning areas has been in the adult area, however we would advise you to seriously consider if this is your prime area of interest.  You should also consider how you wish to hold your interest in this area and if you live in some countries you may find it wise to hold these interests in an offshore company registered in a location where information remains confidential, some information on this is included on the special website.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives.
