From a support perspective, essential service providers were already in place, and we had lead providers to make this all happen, who had been involved in the development and design of the new economic model. 

The size of the country also makes it ideal for these consortiums to also become involved in providing training and other service provision, as similar models are developed in many other countries.

Bartering clubs also already exist widely in the UK, so the bartering concept is established although perhaps not so widely known as in some other countries.

Although New Atlantis has, like just about every organization, seen a dropping off of volunteers in many countries over the last 20 years, the drop off rate in the UK has been faster, as now most people find it necessary to work, and a smaller number can become socially involved in good causes only. The amount of available 'spare' time that people have has reduced, partly due to increased leisure activities but also the drive to create wealth. 

Over many years a large percentage of  people in the UK have benefited financially far more from property ownership than they have from employment income, so property as a safe and high income producing area is well understood. In a similar way very many people in the UK have found that the internet and computer based services and investments have increased their wealth. Historically it has always been  a country where new developments have occurred first, many of the worlds major discoveries have been made, and is a leader in financial services and business models.

The hotel JVC's are available in both the UK and internationally from the start.

While some in other countries have been disappointed that we did not start with their country in rolling out this new model, we believe that in the longer term all countries will benefit from this and the time between it being first rolled out in the UK and elsewhere can be quite short. 

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.
