Plans are now being made to roll out some JVC's to line up with the promotion of Business Club International membership later this year across the  USA and Canada. H3 mentoring will also be recruiting a number of business apprentices within the USA and Canada to allow this to be rolled out faster.

Hotel JVC's from the start can be based in any country.

It is our intention to roll out most items that are first being done in the UK, internationally. Some of the UK activities you will see are international in nature and there is no reason why someone outside the UK cannot participate in many of them providing that you can communicate in English and at least occasionally get to the UK to meet other members of the consortiums.

You will also see packaging activities start to become available as consortiums, packaging on an international basis consortiums first run in a single country. These will take an established model, research out variations for each of the many countries that it could be run in and make modifications,  get updated approval from Property Club International for the modified package and then set about finding the people either as a single project or working with others to market a range of consortiums to specific countries.

As an individual packager you can of course also develop new consortium packages and could decide to start them not in the UK but in another country, you don't have to first launch new consortiums in the UK, if it does not make sense for you to do this.

Perhaps you see your initial interest more as a consultant or service provider, able to provide service in your own country to consortiums based in the UK or elsewhere.  It may be that you see the opportunity to become a service provider specializing in marketing consortium opportunities in your country from the range that we have available and thereby influence the need and sequence that consortiums are developed. The easiest route to becoming a service provider is by joining Business Club International.

If you like the look of a particular consortium but wish to wait until it is available in your own country, then please let us know. Where we are aware that there is specific interest already we will do our best to encourage those opportunities to be brought forward and may be able to utilize your ideas and local knowledge in making this happen. 

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.
