Welcome to the
Joint Venture Consortium Exchange.

This website has three functions, to list the approved joint venture consortium opportunities available now, to provide a small amount of information and to link to other websites that will allow you to find out more. In the longer term it will also become the exchange that will allow partners in joint venture consortiums to sell or exchange their partnerships.

Property Club International

When we talk of property we include real estate, authors and other creative rights, electronic property rights, business property rights and much more. 

Property Club International was set up by the non profit organization, New Atlantis, to promote the improvement in the quality of members lives, through being able to make better use of all types of property rights and developing opportunities to allow many more people to acquire property rights of various types.

This role has been further refined and is mostly now involved with establishing new joint venture consortiums, allowing people to get together to form and run new enterprises as a part of a wider global new business style. We work closely with New Atlantis, New Atlantis International Services Corporation and a large number of other clubs, companies and organizations to make peoples dreams become reality.

We look after the interests of those taking up these opportunities who become our members, we check out all opportunities presented and have established rules under which this new business style gains approval from us, and functions. We do not ourselves create or promote the opportunities.

Using this website

Information is available from the buttons on the left, this is organized into several sections starting with information pages relating to new offerings, followed by new opportunities, then becoming involved in creating these opportunities and finally the venture exchange section. The venture exchange section allows partners to offer their partnerships for sale or exchange, information is available and a button links to a listing of opportunities available on the exchange when any are available. 

Some sections also have buttons at the top of the pages allowing movement within the section.

Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same thing, other definitions of words or terms is included within the finding out more section.

The concept of Joint Venture Consortiums is a part of a philosophy by a non profit organization called New Atlantis, it has no connection with politics or religion and exists to improve the quality or peoples lives. This concept is administered through New Atlantis International Services Corporation, who have issued the master franchise to Property Club International, who are the member organization for people  involved in becoming partners in consortiums, and represents people with interest in real, intellectual, internet and other property rights. Property Club International also have to approve all consortium opportunities before they can be offered. Throughout JVC, consortium and syndicate can be taken to mean the same.

This is not an investment or an invitation to take part in an investment.

People who take part are all active participants, involving time and their own expertise.

This website is run on behalf of Property Club International by Self Build llc, we are a  company who are a lead service provider, and package and market joint venture consortium opportunities as well as marketing some others developed by other people.
